Financial Services Employability Programme

The FSI offers a two-week full-time training and development programme, the Financial Services Employability Programme.

The course has been designed with a dynamic approach to training and development, adapting

the curriculum to meet emerging trends and equip participants with progressive skills across different functions in an organisation such as marketing, human resources, operations, business development, project management, strategy and wealth management.

The Employability Programme is offered free of charge for unemployed graduates/soon-to-be-graduates.

We provide participants with a solid foundation in, inter alia, new models governing tomorrow’s business world, management skills and ethics within an experiential learning environment. Our trainers and guest lecturers have practitioner expertise and links to industry, and they provide insights into the reality of the workplace. For the past 2 weeks, I have witnessed another form of pedagogy through imminent mentors who inculcate in us their own principles, values, methodologies, styles and the list goes on.
