Collaboration and Partnerships

FSi Colab

A platform for experts, tutors and institutions shaping financial services capability across Africa. If you have the expertise, FSi has a place for you.

Collaborate with FSi

Your expertise has a home here

FSi Colab is the permanent collaboration gateway for the Financial Services Institute. We partner with freelance tutors, subject-matter experts, training institutions, consultants, academics, regulators and professional bodies to design and deliver programmes that serve the financial services sector across Mauritius and Africa.

Our model is built around practitioners who have existing careers and commitments. Whether you contribute a few days a year or on a regular retainer basis, FSi has an engagement model that works for you.

Collaboration with FSi is a professional, commercially structured arrangement. All engagements are supported by a formal agreement, a clear fee schedule and full FSi logistical and administrative support.

Flexible Engagement Commercially Structured Africa-Wide Reach
A Continental Platform

FSi's programmes and partnerships span the Mauritius-Africa Corridor. Collaborators gain visibility and engagement opportunities across the continent's fastest-growing financial markets.

Co-Design, Not Delivery Only

We build programmes with our experts, not just through them. Your knowledge shapes what FSi teaches, ensuring our content reflects real, current practice in the sector.

Flexible, Practitioner-Friendly

Our engagement models are designed for busy professionals. Contribute on an assignment basis, a quarterly retainer or through an institutional partnership framework.

Competitive Remuneration

FSi offers transparent fee structures benchmarked to professional training market rates. Collaboration is a genuine commercial arrangement, not voluntary service.

A Curated Peer Community

FSi's collaborator network is deliberately selective. You work alongside senior peers from regulatory bodies, financial institutions, consulting firms and academia.

Who We Are Looking For

Many types of expert. One shared purpose.
